Purpose
At Jersey Mike’s, the sub above philosophy elevates our Team just like Mike’s Way takes our sub sandwiches to the highest level. It’s what turns good into great and better into best. To make it possible for true collaboration, creativity, innovation, and idea exchange to thrive we are committed to facilitating a welcoming and respectful community for all. This Conference Code of Conduct shares our community and applies to all attendees, employees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants at Jersey Mike’s sponsored events. We empower all participants in our community to actively engage in creating a friendly and safe environment for all.

Expectations
• Be professional: Dress and behave in a professional manner. Each attendee is responsible for their own behavior and actions.
• Be kind and considerate: Respect each person and common courtesy rules for personal interaction.
• Be aware of your surroundings: Be mindful of others around you to ensure a great experience for your fellow participants.
• Behave appropriately: Jersey Mike’s has a zero tolerance for harassment and discrimination. Refrain from displaying any demeaning, harassing, aggressive, sexual, or intimidating materials or behavior. Use welcoming and inclusive language and be respectful of differing viewpoints and experiences.
• Respect property: Do not take or damage private andcommunal property.
• Report inappropriate behavior: Promptly report any behavior that makes you or others feel uncomfortable to jcapozzi@jerseymikes.com.

• Never criticize or embarrass fellow team members or partners.
• Be present and focused affording fellow team members, partners, franchise owners, customers, and suppliers your undivided attention for work related matters.
• Arrive a few moments early for meetings to ensure it begins and ends on schedule.
• To minimize disruptions, keep your phone on vibrate while at work and in meetings.
• Proactively offer assistance and information to others.
• Keep it professional. Refrain from sharing intimate personal information,and debating or arguing with team members, partners, franchise owners, customers, and suppliers.
• Any act that involves theft, fraud, embezzlement or misappropriation of any property or information, including that of Jersey Mike’s or any of its team members, partners, franchise owners, customers, suppliers, or communities, is strictly prohibited
